Type 304 Welded Stainless Steel is an excellent basic Stainless and is often referred to as 18-8 stainless, meaning 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel. It is the most commonly used grade in wire cloth and operates to approximately 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.
