Type 304 Woven Stainless Steel is an excellent basic Stainless and is often referred to as 18-8 stainless, meaning 18% Chromium and 8% Nickel. It is the most commonly used grade in wire cloth. It operates to approximately 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. Low carbon option available Type 304L Stainless Steel.
